Not much contact with the group so not sure .

Carefree title called me @ 3:45 on 2/28 to schedule a closing appointment for 3/1 to sign documents. If we didn’t sign by 3/1 we were advised we wouldnt close on 3/2 as project for 3 weeks poor. With no time to reschedule my appointments, we were forced to use a mobile notary which was not able to explain the financial details or our documents which change multiple times over the course of the process. The lack of forthought and planning on their part or intentional last minute process to force a mobile notary (freeing up their schedule and providing customers to their mobile notary) is beyond frustrating when placed under a sever time crunch. I would recommend researching various title companies to understand their process and timeline. You could not possibly ask too few questions.
