Fidelity National Title

Bridgette Risk at Fidelity National Title were great! Bridgette answered all my questions quickly and we breezed through the escrow closing process with no setbacks.

They sent us information for the receipt of the earnest fee late, and almost forced us to have to wire (costs a fee) the fee as we would not have been able to mail in the payment after receipt of the info. They were able to send a courier at no cost, but only after a few angry communiques were sent their way. Their pace of response is probably okay for a longer escrow time periods but not great for an accelerated escrow for first-time homebuyers. I wouldn't recommend them to any friends. The end result was fine, but most of the stress of getting through our escrow was caused by Fidelity National Title.

Used them before on a refi, was happy I was able to use them again.

No problems, smooth transaction

Efficient and on top of things during the whole process. Would recommend them.

Unimpressed. When I went to the title office to sign, the office staff didn't know where my file was, the officer that prepared my papers arrved 15 minutes late to our appointment, and the signing table had dirty tissues on it. The papers processed quickly, so at least that.

When our review of the multitude of documents we signed at the closing revealed that Fidelity had incorrectly set up an impound account, the Agent's response was, "I just hit the wrong button, you can't believe what a busy day I've had!" Highly unprofessional!

They did everything asked of them, no complaints.

It doesn't get any better than working with Fidelity. The are extremely professional and made our experience stress free!
