Easy and seamless process

Outstanding support from the team at Centreview Title. This was my first experience working with the Centreview team and the entire process was seamless and very professional. I had no issues and questions that I had during the process were answered and clarified fully for my peace of mind throughout the selling of my home. I highly recommend Centreview Title. 5 star exceptional service and I am thankful for having the Centreview team support my through the selling of my home.

Centreview Title was great and we’re happy to have been able to work with Treasure. She explained everything so well, answered all of our questions before and during the day of closing, understood and was ready to explain the implications of every document we needed to sign. Very professional and informed, and we appreciated being able to work with her!

We did not select Centerview Title, they were selected by the buyer of our home. If it were our choice we would not have selected them. We had to several times liaison between them and our other purchase title company and current and future lenders to ensure critical information was exchanged (to include wiring instructions) to ensure the closing happened when scheduled. Even then we had to wait on closing day due to title coordinator no preparing and printing paper work prior to our closing signing appointment. Additionally they did not have our selling closing finished in time (although it was a day later) to have our closing on our new home purchase the next morning. We had to wait at our other title company for over an hour the next day before the confirmation of funds wired to them and our mortgage company were completed.

The closing started on time and the person reviewing our paperwork was well informed about all of the documents, including some from the builder about their warranty. The closing was well organized, we received direction in advance and the title company shared utility information at the end to help us transfer service. They also put together a really nice welcoming kit with snacks, wine and cups and basic supplies.

They helped me sort out the power of attorney issue and allowed my mom to sign the settlement papers at her assisted living residence. They settled all my concerns and made things very simple. They are a very professional and experienced organization.
