Poor communication. Every time the person we were dealing with said they were going to do something they didn’t. Marlena Beares was her name. She would email us at 2pm and tell my elderly mother with poor vision she needed something printed, signed and scanned back by 3 or 4pm. No way she can do that and I’m at work. Just last minute everything. When we would call with a question or email no response. Then if I ccd a lot of people then I would get a response. She always had some BS excuse about why something wasn’t done. Would not recommend using

I was the seller in this transaction. The buyer chose this title company. Kisha was initially not proactive in contacting me to make arrangements for a mail away settlement but she was responsive after I contacted her. The settlement statement she emailed for me to review included a few errors. She made corrections and emailed a revised settlement statement and the rest of the documents the next day. Unfortunately, Kisha was not able to wire the proceeds from the sale. After discussing with me, she instead sent a check overnight via FedEx.
