A few things were confusing leading up to the closing with International Title & Escrow. We were the ones who asked for an actual closing appointment, then bugged Yoon for confirmation on every step of the way. We were the ones who asked for the settlement costs, which weren't accurate, then had to be adjusted before the closing and then in-person during the closing. It took work on our behalf to get things straight but we made it happen.
