Closing was quick and easy!

I would not recommend KVS tile based on our last experience. First of all, they failed to understand that our lender was a private person, not a bank, and thus shifted much of the work to complete the necessary paperwork to us to ensure the deal went through promptly and accurately. In addition, our settlement agent told us to arrive at the office on the wrong day, and failed to provide us with answers to our questions related to entering the office with our children, wearing masks, parking etc. Although the gentleman who did assist us was very helpful, he was not expecting us and was forced to handle two signings simultaneously, which he managed in the parking lot. Finally, we requesting that our check be mailed to another address as we would be out of town for a week and did not want the large check sitting outside for several days. Upon returning from being out of town, we found the check on the steps of our front door. Overall, the experience did not inspire confidence.

We had some challenging circumstances to deal with due to the social distancing. They really outdid themselves trying to be flexible and make things work. Even though we had to develop some workarounds everything went smoothly and the staff was friendly and courteous.
