Tanya is a fabulous agent! From the moment I asked her why I should hire her to the moment and beyond signing for our new place! I hired her for both selling and buying! She made the process as smooth as possible. She is very good at reassuring a very nervous person and is so personal that everybody loves her! She found the perfect place for us and will fight for what's right in negotiating. She is worth more than her weight in GOLD!

Tanya was a spectacular agent who bent over backwards to ensure our sale went smoothly and quickly. I have never experienced a real estate agent who did 100% of the work in a short amount of time, and I didn't even need to be in the state. Every time I worried about something, Tanya immediately calmed my concerns and it turns out she'd already expertly dealt with whatever I'd been concerned about.

Tanya handled the sale of our home in Olympia with good knowledge of the market, understanding how to get our home listed with excellent photos and good advice for our preparation. Our home sold to the first family that looked at the home. Her advice and knowledge in the field is professional and she is straight-forward on giving her advice and very helpful in guiding us. We liked her so well we went back to her to sell our duplex a few months later. Again the same good advice. Also when we had to make some improvements for completing the sale, she had the contacts to allow the process to proceed quickly and efficiently. She has a lot of contacts for people to help and it made a difference in getting the sale completed successfully.
