The home you almost scrolled past may be the one worth seeing in person. Behind the door at 12714 W Greenway Road are three bedrooms, two baths and approximately 1,330 square feet--all on one level and set on a 5,568-square-foot parcel. It isn't trying to make every decision for you. Instead, it offers the space to bring your own ideas and create something distinctly yours. Come walk through, look around and see where your imagination takes you.
Surprize, located between Loop 303 and the White Tank Mountain Regional Park foothills, is a suburban and master-planned Surprise neighborhood with wide desert vistas and golf-course greens. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Surprise Stadium complex at Bullard Avenue and Bell Road, where spring-training energy meets patios, local coffee counters, and post-game strolls. Architectural lines lean toward stucco-and-tile homes, tidy cul-de-sacs, and newer streetscapes shaped by desert landscaping. The Vista Center for the Arts adds a polished cultural note with performances and community events. The Irish Wolfhound Restaurant & Pub and Bonfire Craft Kitchen & Tap House set a casual, local dining rhythm near the main commercial corridors. Trails and open-space edges keep the horizon present even on everyday errands.
