About this home
Exceptional Templeton Gap property spanning over 15 acres, offering sweeping views, multiple structures, and a versatile rural setting just minutes from Paso Robles and Templeton. Gated and dotted with mature trees, the property sits at the top of the hill overlooking the Templeton Gap and Paso Robles West. The main home is positioned to take full advantage of the surrounding views. Upstairs, the family room features dramatic wood-beamed ceilings, an impressive fireplace with stone surround, and access to a view-facing deck. The living room opens to a large wood deck designed for entertaining and taking in the expansive landscape. The kitchen features contemporary appliances, ample cabinetry and counter space, and a convenient pass-through to the dining area. A private bedroom and a full bathroom complete the upper level. Downstairs, a separate guest quarter with its own entrance and bathroom offers flexibility for guests, extended stays, or additional private living space. A large attached two-car garage, single-car carport, and spacious exterior-access storage area provide substantial parking, storage, and utility space. A detached workshop provides dedicated space for equipment, hobbies, projects, or additional storage. For entertaining, a recreation room features a wet bar, wood stove, and spa area, creating a unique gathering space with plenty of room to enjoy the property's spectacular setting. Just outside, a large barbecue area with covered patio provides an ideal venue for hosting friends and family and enjoying the surrounding views. The property also includes a barn with attached corral and fenced pasture, well suited for sheep, goats, or other animals. Mature trees and the expansive acreage create a private rural environment while keeping you close to renowned wineries including Niner, local shopping, and the restaurants and amenities of downtown Paso Robles and Templeton. The property is serviced by electric, propane, septic, and well. With its panoramic Templeton Gap views, multiple usable structures, guest accommodations, workshop, recreation space, animal facilities, and proximity to wine country, this is a rare opportunity to create a distinctive Central Coast lifestyle property.
Adelaida, located between Templeton and Paso Robles, is a rural and wine-country Templeton neighborhood with rolling vineyard hills and oak-studded ranchland. The landscape reads as long driveways, gated lanes, and hilltop homes set among tasting rooms and working farms. The neighborhood’s character concentrates along Adelaida Road near the cluster of winery entrances and roadside pullouts, where weekend traffic mixes with cyclists and vineyard crews. Community pillars include Tablas Creek Vineyard, Halter Ranch Vineyard, and DAOU Vineyards, each anchoring the area’s tasting culture and event calendar. Architecture leans toward modern farmhouses and Mediterranean-influenced estates, often oriented to views and outdoor living. Evenings turn quiet fast, with dark skies and the scent of chaparral carrying across the ridgelines.
