Black Diamond Estates, located between Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve and the Lone Tree Golf & Event Center, is a hillside and master-planned Antioch neighborhood with winding cul-de-sacs and broad valley views. Streets of contemporary stucco homes and tile roofs follow the contours of the foothills, giving many blocks a terraced feel. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Lone Tree Way and Golf Course Road junction, where golfers, walkers, and event traffic set a steady daytime rhythm. Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve frames the edge with trailheads and historic mining-era landscapes. Lone Tree Golf & Event Center anchors local gatherings with its clubhouse and fairways. A short drive away, the El Campanil Theatre and the Antioch Marina bring live shows and waterfront promenades into the mix.
