Laurel Ridge, located between Lone Tree Way and Deer Valley Road, is a suburban and hillside Antioch neighborhood with curving cul-de-sacs and broad valley views. The streets read as late-20th-century California: stucco facades, tile roofs, and tidy front yards set against open slopes. The neighborhood’s day-to-day energy concentrates around the Lone Tree Way and Deer Valley Road corridor, where errands cluster around big-box retail pads, coffee counters, and casual dining. Contra Loma Regional Park and the Contra Loma Reservoir shape the outdoor rhythm with trails and water-side picnic areas. Golf at Lone Tree Golf & Event Center adds a manicured green edge to the landscape. BART connections via Antioch Station keep the commute pattern tied to the wider East Bay.
