Northridge, located between North Main Street and Boronda Road, is a residential and suburban Salinas neighborhood with curving hillside streets and broad valley views. The neighborhood’s energy concentrates around the North Main Street and Boronda Road corridor, where taquerias, produce markets, and service storefronts set a steady, everyday rhythm. Housing reads as mid-century ranches and later infill on generous lots, with a calm, car-oriented layout. Creekside Greenbelt Park adds a linear stretch of lawn and paths that frames afternoon walks. For a local night out, XL Publichouse and the Fox Theater downtown anchor the area’s wider cultural circuit.
