Well maintained three family property with extensive improvements throughout. All three apartments offer three bedrooms and one full bath with spacious layouts, hardwood flooring throughout updated kitchens and bathrooms, and plenty of natural light. The third floor features higher ceilings that brightens the space. Additional features include off street parking, basement laundry hookup, and additional basement storage. Conveniently located near Edgewood Park, shopping, public transportation, and downtown New Haven. Great opportunity to own a low maintenance, turn key investment property in New Haven or occupy one unit with support of the rent of long term tenants.
Edgewood, located between Downtown New Haven and Westville, is a residential and park-adjacent New Haven neighborhood with a grand boulevard streetscape and a deep greenbelt edge. The neighborhood’s character concentrates along Whalley Avenue near Edgewood Park, where corner markets, casual eateries, and bus stops create a steady street rhythm. Edgewood Park anchors daily routines with broad lawns, tree-lined paths, and a historic bandstand feel. The Yale Bowl and Yale Golf Course sit nearby, adding a weekend-sports backdrop beyond the residential blocks. Housing reads as early-20th-century, with porches, bay windows, and mature street trees shaping the block-by-block atmosphere. A short ride east, the Yale University Art Gallery and Shubert Theatre extend the cultural orbit tied to New Haven’s core.
