Jacksonville Heights South, located between Blanding Boulevard and 103rd Street, is a residential and commercial Jacksonville neighborhood with mid-century ranch homes and broad, car-friendly arterials. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Blanding Blvd and 103rd St crossroads, where strip plazas, taquerias, barbershops, and repair bays set a practical, everyday rhythm.
