About this home
NOT A 55+ CONDO. Light, bright, and ideally located, this end-unit condo offers an open floorplan with laminate flooring throughout and abundant natural light. The residence enjoys added privacy from its end-unit position and a comfortable, easy-living layout well suited for full-time or seasonal use. HVAC, laminate flooring and Impact Windows all installed in the last few years. Situated within High Point Country Club, this bundled golf community is known for its lush, park-like setting and impressive amenity package. Residents enjoy immediate golf membership, pickleball and tennis courts, clubhouse with on-site restaurant, exercise room, bocce courts, and six swimming pools spread throughout the community. Beautifully maintained grounds, water features, and golf course views create a relaxed Naples lifestyle. Centrally located, High Point offers quick access to the beach as well as nearby shopping and dining districts, making this an outstanding opportunity for buyers seeking convenience, value, and a true bundled-golf experience in the heart of Naples.
Central Naples, located between U.S. 41 (Tamiami Trail N) and Airport-Pulling Rd N, is a coastal and residential Naples neighborhood with mid-century streetscapes and a golf-and-garden backdrop. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the U.S. 41 & 5th Ave N corridor, where galleries, chef-driven dining rooms, and polished storefronts set a walkable, evening-forward rhythm. Architectural cues lean toward low-slung ranch homes, updated Florida contemporary builds, and discreet condo communities tucked behind palms. Naples Botanical Garden adds a curated, tropical counterpoint to the grid of canals and boulevards. The Naples Players and The Baker Museum anchor the cultural calendar with theater nights and museum afternoons. Greenway links and flat streets support bike commutes and casual loops toward the Gulf.

RMF-16
Residential Multi-Family-16 District
The purpose and intent of the residential multi-family-16 district (RMF-16) is to provide lands for medium to high density multiple-family residences, generally surrounded by open space, located in close proximity to public and commercial services, with direct or convenient access to arterial and collector roads on the county major road network. Governmental, social, and institutional land uses that serve the immediate needs of the multiple-family residences are permitted as conditional uses as long as they preserve and are compatible with the medium to high density multi-family character of the district. The RMF-16 district corresponds to and implements the urban mixed use land use designation on the future land use map of the Collier County GMP. The maximum density permissible in the RMF-16 district and the urban mixed use land use designation shall be guided, in part, by the density rating system contained in the future land use element of the Collier County GMP. The maximum density permissible or permitted in the RMF-16 district shall not exceed the density permissible under the density rating system, except as permitted by policies contained in the future land use element.
