Welcome to this 2013 Fall Parade Home, where five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a spacious open floor plan offer room to settle in and spread out. Set in a wonderful neighborhood, the home pairs an inviting setting with a park-like backyard. Large windows bring in natural light and frame views of the yard, while the generous patio offers a lovely place to gather outdoors. Inside, everyday routines feel easier with a large walk-in pantry, family lockers and a drop zone, a laundry sink, and durable quartz countertops throughout the main level. Thoughtful comforts add a touch of luxury in every season. Heated floors warm the tile in the primary bath, a heated garage is especially welcome during Iowa winters, and a Nest thermostat lets you adjust the temperature from your phone. The oversized garage has space for more than just vehicles. You’ll also find memorable details throughout, from the garage mural and faux-painted alcoves to decorative tilework on the backsplashes, bathroom walls and floors. When it’s time to entertain, the rec room and wet bar give everyone another inviting place to gather.
