RNF
Rural Non-Farm District
It is the purpose of the RNF Rural Non-Farm District to recognize land areas previously considered to be suitable for low-density single family development under the provisions of the RNF District established by the Waterloo Township Zoning Ordinance adopted on June 23, 1992 and zoned RNF prior to the adoption of this subsequent Zoning Ordinance. As this District is now retained solely to recognize such pre-existing conditions, and the policies of the Waterloo Township Master Plan do not support the expansion of the District’s boundaries beyond current limits, it is the intent of this Ordinance that no new RNF Districts be expanded or newly established after the effective date of this Ordinance.
