Has a Gas Water Heater under the house with a Water Softener and water lines are Real Copper. Don't find that much anymore. Tax Docs show 3 bedrooms but there is a Room with a Recessed area that could be used as a closet and Bi Fold doors could be installed. I also checked the Square Footage compared to tax records. I pulled a tape to 25 feet by 56 feet, = 1,400. Garage is approx 23 feet by 24 feet = 552 approx.
