Furnace was replaced in 2022. Pump for the well replaced in 2023 I have been working on this house for the past 5 years. I've done a lot but it just needs finished. We have the opportunity to purchase my childhood house and that's the only reason we are trying to sell it. It does share a driveway with the cabin next door. It is a rental cabin so mostly no neighbors throughout the week. And it's a smaller cabin so it's usually just couples, not big parties. Taxes run about $1400 a year.
