The basement is a walk in at the back of the house. There are 2 central air units. The downstairs unit was installed in 2023. We are selling the house as is with knowledge that there are reyainer walls in need of repair on the property line and below the pool. We already have a realtor who is doing the paper work for us. Thank You!
Shadow Mountain, located between East 61st Street and East 71st Street, is a residential and hillside Tulsa neighborhood with wooded lots and curving streets. The neighborhood reads as mid-century ranch homes and later custom builds set back behind mature trees. The character concentrates around the East 61st Street & South Sheridan Road intersection, where a steady stream of errands and dining keeps the sidewalks and parking lots in motion. LaFortune Park and its golf course set the outdoor rhythm nearby, with fairways and walking paths shaping daily routines. The Tulsa Community College Southeast Campus adds a studious, weekday pulse. Woodland Hills Mall and the surrounding retail corridors frame the practical side of the area.
