Welcome home to Hickory Hills, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Old Hickory. Homes rarely sell on this cul-de-sac street. This home is move in ready with wood floors throughout (no carpet), neutral paint colors, and stainless kitchen appliances. The main level provides an open floor plan with a large family room opening to the kitchen and dining area. All 3 bedrooms are located on the same level along with an expansive Bonus Room. The oversized garage is large enough to fit your boat and all the family toys. The elevated deck is a great place to enjoy the views of the hillside and overlooks the fenced in back yard. Neighborhood amenities include a pool, clubhouse, and playground. The home is centrally located to high rated schools, restaurants, and entertainment options at Providence Marketplace. Several boat ramps and marinas on Old Hickory Lake are just minutes away. BNA Airport is 20 minutes away and downtown Nashville is a 30 minute drive. Community sidewalks and walking trails are nearby as well as a commuter train that travels to downtown Nashville.

Hickory Hills, located between Old Hickory Blvd and Lebanon Pike, is a residential and suburban Mount Juliet neighborhood with rolling hills and mature tree cover. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Lebanon Pike corridor near the Mount Juliet Road junction, where local storefronts, service counters, and commuter traffic set the daily rhythm. Housing reads as classic Middle Tennessee—mostly ranch and split-level silhouettes with generous yards and long driveways. Cedar Creek Greenway adds a leafy, car-free ribbon for walks and bike loops. Charlie Daniels Park functions as the go-to open lawn and event field. For a local night out, The Goat Mt. Juliet and the Mt. Juliet Little Theater add food-and-stage energy beyond the cul-de-sacs.

Single-Family Residential District
These districts are designed to provide suitable areas for single-family and, in the case of the R-10 district, duplex residential development. Residential development will consist of single detached dwelling structures, duplexes and other structures accessory thereto. These districts also include community facilities, public utilities, and open uses which serve specifically the residents of these districts, or that are benefited by an open residential environment without creating objectionable or undesirable influences upon residential developments. Further, it is the intent of this ordinance that these districts be located where appropriate urban services and facilities, specifically, including public sewer service, are provided so that the expansion of appropriate urban services can be physically and economically facilitated throughout the planning jurisdiction. It is the express purpose of this ordinance to exclude from these districts all buildings or other structures and uses having commercial characteristics, whether operated for profit, or otherwise, except that conditional uses and home occupations specifically provided by these regulations for these districts shall be considered as not having such characteristics if they otherwise conform to the provisions of this ordinance.
