We first met Aarti when we were looking for a house to buy. She is very knowledgeable about the NOVA area and the market conditions. When we went to list our house 6 months later, Redfin assigned Aarti to us as the selling agent. She's very friendly and knowledgeable. We did have a few issues when it came to getting in touch with her. We looked at reviews of Aarti's previous sales, which were all positive. I'm not sure if it was our price point ($500k), but we didn't get Aarti's full attention. The day before our listing went live, I asked if Aarti had finalized the writeup that would go public. Aarti was completely on top of everything from start to finish, I was lucky by having her on my side this deal was impossible without her help and expertise, the closing got delayed twice and the titling company was changed, the lender (my bank navy federal) was keep delaying the process and making it almost impossible for the deal to happen, but aarati didn’t give up and still helped to make the deal happen,it was my first time buying a house and using Redfin,I would definitely use and recommend Redfin again, everyone from Redfin was very helpful and I’m just glad that chose them, Thanks to Redfin & aarati I’m a home owner now.
