On our last purchase, he took the time to let the seller's agent know that the person moving into the home lived on the same street and knew the family and wanted to move into their home, as she was downsizing. Sellers agreed and the neighborhood got to keep a friendly face in the community. Adam then referred us to contractors who helped us get the new home ready as well in just a few weeks.
