I have worked with Adrian either selling or buying several homes and it was always terrific. This time around I was very disappointed. Adrian did not give us the full details of the offer before we accepted the offer, and he totally blew us off when it came time for the closing.

He was able to find a buyer for us at a lower price than we suggested. But it took over 4 years to complete the deal. He should have known his buyer's history more extensively.
