I loved working with Amanda from the start. She is incredibly responsive no matter the time or day and delivers honest feedback on properties not tied to just getting a commission/sale and moving on, which I experienced with a different realtor. I connected with her through a recommendation about 8 months ahead of when I was looking to purchase and she kept in contact, sent me ideas so she could hone in, and set up a great showing day packed with different properties and I ended up making an offer and won on that first day. Before then, she was scouting properties and visiting them in person while I was living somewhere else, sending me videos and thoughts immediately. Once I went under contract, she continued to fight for me and answer all my first homeowner questions, deconflicting discrepancies and getting my documents and answers being handled by the lender. I would recommend literally anyone to use Amanda as their agent - you will not find someone who hustles more on your behalf than Amanda and I will use her again when I sell or buy another property in the area. The absolute best!

Amanda was amazing,incredibly patient and supportive throughout both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new one. Her ability to stay calm and organized, even when things got hectic, really helped ease the stress of such a fast-paced process.
