This is now the fourth transaction that we have had with Amelia. Clearly we think she is great! All the way down to physically helping us get our house ready to show just before we had a minor disaster, to taking charge of what needed to be done from our home inspection. And as an extra bonus, she always has good ideas for decorating and DIY projects. So yes, we would recommend Amelia very very highly.

Amelia was awesome in so many ways. We hit several hurdles in trying to selling one home and buy another, and Amelia really guided us through all of it. When the first buyer of our home showed signs of falling through, Amelia had a plan and a new buyer in place the next day. And when we hit new challenges just a few days before both closings, Amelia worked behind the scenes--while she was very ill--to make sure the deals did not fall apart. She is a hard worker, a pleasant person, and an exceptional real estate agent.
