We'd talked with a few other agents in the area prior to connecting with Ana. Her communication style was vastly different than what we'd experienced. She was always kind, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive - all without being pushy. While some of the other agents behaved like used car salespeople, Ana was so sweet and wonderful to work with. We've been looking for our first home for a couple of years now but due to some health issues, we had to put that on hold. When periods during our process took time to hear back from our lender, she kept requesting for updates and kept us updated with the progress of our loan. Her team is amazing and patient when we were in the process of looking at several homes a day and requested feedback on the homes we looked at and why it wasnt "the perfect home".
