Andrew has been helping us with search of our home for more than 1 1/2 years. Unfortunately due to COVID pandemic and home prices getting ridiculously high, we had to wait this long to find the right one. Andrew though had been always very prompt in his response, provided help in every step of the search, never being pushy, always very honest in his opinion, his opinion and recommendations always correct ( especially when thinking in retrospect now). His demeanor always has been calm and relaxed but very prompt in response. He also is very tech savvy and despite being in pandemic and restrictions due to it, were able to forward any document required to us immediately so that offer can be made way in time. Andrew had a lot of patience. I had a strict budget and was very determined to find the perfect home for my children and myself. Andrew must have shown me 20-30 properties over the course of 8 months until I found the right one. He was very flexible with his schedule for showings. The transaction went very smoothly once the offer was submitted. Homes move very fast in the Lehigh Valley and Andrew made sure to have my offer in an hour after I verbalized wanting to do so. Andrew stayed on top of the process and even though there were many interested buyers/offers, mine was chosen.

As a very young first time homebuyer I was very nervous about the process, but Andrew took the time to make sure everything was explained to me clearly and took initiative to answer questions I didn't even know I had.
