Angie was very helpful the whole way. She closely listened as we described what we were looking for and sent us good recommendations. Yet, when she sensed we liked a house but had some reservations, she did not push us to make an offer. She even discouraged us from making an offer we were not sure about. If you know what you are looking for in a house, she will probably find it and not show you houses you do not want to see. Also made the buying process as easy as possible, recommending a good home inspector and closing attorney. There were a couple of issues with the final walkthrough and she was on top of getting those fixed before we even had the chance to ask about it.

Through each of these difficulties Angie always remained positive and professional. When I couldn't get out of bed she took the house off the market while I recuperated. When I was getting better she was courteous and encouraging that things will work out for the best. Angie was referred to by our mortgage broker and what a lucky day for us. Angie is very professional and very pleasant to work with. We moved to the Greenville area at the height of the covid 19 from out of state. We only had a three day weekend to find a house just before they closed everything down. Angie helped us find the perfect house within that time frame.
