Anna is very knowledgeable about the area and real estate transactions. Her experience as a paralegal was so important to our complex situation. She helped us navigate the challenging environment during COVID-19 lockdowns and guidelines, which created its own set of difficulties. I spotted a house that wasn’t on mls yet and anna got me in to see it the next day and there was already an offer on it. I had very little time to decide to make an offer also knowing there were two other offers before mine. With Anna’s experience she guided me to make an offer that would be most desirable to the seller and I got the house. I’m sure I would not have won out had I had a less experienced agent. Anna is on top of everything that needs to get done and a really enjoyable to work with.
