We had the absolute pleasure of working with Annie to help my sister buy a home in Norfolk, and I just can’t say enough good things about her. From start to finish, Annie was a rock for us—always checking in, staying on top of things, and making sure we felt supported, even when the seller wasn’t the most communicative. She never left us guessing. Even when there wasn’t much news, she’d still reach out just to say, “Hey, I’m still here, and I know this is frustrating.” That meant a lot. She made sure we had access to the house whenever we needed it—for inspections, contractor visits, you name it—and she recommended great people to work with to help us move things along. The house itself needs a good bit of work, but it’s full of charm and character, and my sister absolutely adores it. Annie saw that spark from the beginning. She really understood my sister’s vision and did everything she could to help make her forever home a reality.
