Anthonio was everything I asked for in a Buyer's Agent. He seemed like he was available to us all the time, answered any questions we had through the process, and really felt like he was part of our team. Anthonio would take the time to do analyses on every house that we were interested in, would give his best estimate on winning bids and would also give us a summary from all 100s of pages of disclosures from each house. When it came to us making an offer, he would offer his analysis and recommendation, and we always felt comfortable and confident in taking his recommendation. For me, Anthonio is the benchmark for a good buyer's agent. Nobody else that we have worked with came close to the level of support and guidance that he provided us.
