We've worked with Anthony on three separate transactions and would do so again. Anthony is deeply knowledgable about current (and quickly changing) market conditions in the Arlington area. He is always responsive to questions and provides good insight along the way. I never once felt like Anthony was trying to push me into a deal. In fact, he would often point out negatives on a property before we should consider before putting in an offer. That built trust, so when we did find the right property, and he said, "Yeah, if you guys like this one, I'd recommend you move on it today with an aggressive offer," I felt completely comfortable doing so. On top of all this, Anthony is an absolute delight to work with.

Anthony is smart, kind, and knows the business, the local market, and what works. The current market is not normal so our having bought and sold houses in the past is not good enough. Anthony helped us understand the current market, how the market is evolving now, and what to likely expect. He helped us understand how to price our house to sell while releasing the equity contained in it. He is excellent at keeping us updated, calling us when there was information we needed, and in answering all of our questions. Fundamentally, he cared about us, was honest, trustworthy, and a great person. He will be our agent well into the future.

It has never felt that Anthony has been on our side. I don't even think there was much effort in this last bid, as the seller opted to take "LESS" than what we offered. I wish Anthiny was not locked into our area and frankly, I no longer care if he is-as I will not be using Redfin because of him and this experience. He is a personable guy, but I don't think he is in it for the folks who can't write large checks.

The sellers were uncomfortable with our purchase being contingent on the sale of our home and Anthony worked hard communicating with the listing agent as well as the agent selling our home. It took a lot of time and creativity on Anthony's part to get us the home we wanted, but he made it happen!
