This was a very challenging purchase from the beginning. We had a very bad experience with our original agent and since this was my first time going through the home buying process, I couldn't trust a soul after. It was even more of a challenge to get a response from the property's HOA manager. Our original agent showed me the wrong unit on the property, so I told her we no longer needed her services and thats when I reached out to April. She agreed to be our agent and I knew right then that we had to make our offer. So I made sure to get it pre approved that day before anyone else can make an offer. I know it was a challenge for April as well dealing with the situation and I might have been very firm and short with her at first (because of my previous agent) but I really liked how she was always contacting me and making sure I was on top of everything. I'm not familiar with anyone having to contact me to get things done in a timely manner and she was definitely on top of everything and very responsive, as much as I didn't want to engage or try NOT to like her or trust her process in the beginning. She got us to the finish line and she ended up being the nicest, BEST AGENT!! We probably wouldn't have worked well with anyone else TBH. She could read the room and she knew my style. She didnt make us feel like we were not worthy. I have nothing negative to say! This was our fist time purchasing and April will be there for our SECOND and THIRD purchase! She went above and Beyond. We are now officially homeowners! Thanks, APRIL DE LA CRUZ
