I just wanted to add: As my husband and I are baby boomers we were a little reluctant to use Redfin, but our son who purchased through Redfin encouraged us to try Redfin. We even had family members (older) who questioned why would you use Redfin and not Century 21 or as they said a “real” real estate company. I have to say we have been totally impressed with the whole process and the Redfin team approach that Redfin uses along with the apps ( a little scary for us baby boomers). Beth was the epitome of professionalism. Prompt and courteous Beth arrived early to acquaint herself with the property prior to my arrival. Beth pointed out things in the house that might need repair or replacement in the near future. I.e. The air conditioner and furnace. Although Verh pointed out these issues she never pressured me in any direction I would absolutely recommend Beth to my family and friends for the realtor needs

It was a pleasure working with Beth on finding my husband and I first home. Most of the time we didn't know exactly what we were doing and Beth was always there for us to answer our questions and to fill us in on what the next steps were in the home buying process. There were times we needed some sort of paperwork from someone and Beth was always able to come through for us when we needed it in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with her and would recommend her to any home buyer!
