They helped us buy our first house, and than they helped us sell the same house after we remodeled it . This team is awesome at what they do, any questions you Have, they always answer them the same day. They always break every thing down so it’s easy for us to understand. They are a great team to work with. If I had not moved to a different state, I would 100% work with them again for future purchases.

Brad anticipated our needs, researched the floating home real estate, kept us up to date, was extremely patient and generous with his time & knowledge. We really consider him a new friend in Portland.

Brad was really great about getting us in to see homes and he was really nice to work with. He was so flexible given our busy work schedules which was really appreciated. I also appreciated his honest thoughts on walk throughs about possible issues. He was knowledgeable about lots of structural things like the roof, siding, etc. I would have liked a bit more direction about comparative prices of recent sold houses in the area and what would be needed to offer to get the house. We lost a number of offers to higher bidders. When we did finally get a house, it was after another realtor chimed in about what they thought the house would go for and how to set our price a little above a round number, etc. Perhaps given that Redfin pays their realtors a bit less or because it was the busy... Brad and Amber have been there from beginning our search thru closing. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Our purchase was somewhat complicated as we were moving from Tennessee to Oregon. They helped us with the negotiation process and as a direct result of their efforts, we were able to purchase our home. Highly recommend them. I would rate them as exceptional.

I was an out of town buyer. Amber has gone over many properties with me (virtually), providing video tours or other information I requested. She never showed signs of being worn out by my requests. She has been communicative and helpful in a timely manner. She continued to assist me in renting out the property even after the purchase. I cannot ask for more.

I know the reason why she is so successful is because she takes the time to understand what you are looking for in a home and then shows you homes that fit that criteria. When we liked a house that we wanted to place an offer on, she took care of the entire process and kept us updated throughout. I can really tell that she cared about worries and concerns, and did her research to get us answers to all of our questions. I would choose Amber any time to start the house hunting process again! I am beyond grateful for her and her team!
