Brandon is indeed quite friendly, approachable, and agreeable. Unfortunately, this approach of his extended not only to us as buyers but also to the listing agent and loan officer. It seemed he was not entirely focused on advocating for our best interests, because he allowed the seller to bully us into working with the lender and loan officer of their choice. Specifically, the seller's agent refused to cooperate with appraisal by the lender of our choice, five business days before the adjustable contingency deadline - enough time to get approved by-the-book before the deadline if the seller's agent had cooperated.
