From the first time we met Brenda till the day of closing she has been by our side. It took eight months to find our house as we were looking to buy with our mother-n-law which made it extra challenging. At times when it got stressful she always came back positive and reassuring that we would find our home and she was right. Brenda is truly an amazing person. She helped us from the beginning and beyond. I never knew house buying could be a fun process. Brenda genuinely cares about her clients and is the best support system any first time home buyer could have. She truly has your best interest at heart at every step of the way. She is delightful to be around and always put a huge smile on my face (even if she couldn’t see it because of the masks). Anytime I had a concern I could call her at any time of the day, and she would walk me through everything. She always put everything in simpler terms without ever making you feel dumb. Brenda says every client is a friend for life, and I truly believe that with her. I’m so happy she will be our neighbor.

Brenda worked with us and the sellers to negotiate a very fair price for a special unit that had many handicap-accessible features for our disabled brother-in-law. She help us through the inspection and closing processes, reminded int a great attorney. The purchase could not have gone any better.
