The video of my home was a big plus. After that it was all short email responses. I would like a more personable working relationship. Sometimes an actual phone call. My previous realtor would actually go over the inspection amendment with me. With the last six houses I sold there was a lot more communication between buyer and seller, (through the agents of course). I felt, maybe incorrectly, that there was communication from buyers and buyers agent that wasn't passed along.
