Would give 10 stars if we could! Briana is nothing but exceptional. She worked with us 5 years ago when we bought our first home and worked with us again this past Winter to sell the same home again. We listed the house mid December and had two full offers and one accepted before the end of month. She is not only super informative and patient with all our questions but goes above and beyond with everything beyond the house sale. She hired a great photographer, came early to make sure the house is nicely staged, when she was showing the house and we were away she made sure it was nice and neat and she even got a smoke detector for us before the inspector came to not make it an issue or delay the process. She is super knowledgeable about everything around real estate escrow and beyond - she called her tax advisor for advice for us, recommended cleaning and gardening personnel and always provided her input as to what is normal and reasonable and what is uncommon or unreasonable. She always calls emails and texts to keep us abreast of latest developments and was very thorough and clear on the things we needed to take care of and by when. Thank you Briana for all your help it could not have gone smoother!

Briana Winton has been the realtor for other family members as well as for me since 2013. In all instances she has been a true professional when dealing with buyers, sellers, financial institutions, escrow officers, etc. She always goes the extra mile to follow up if something was not done to our complete satisfaction. Briana listens to what you have to say as to your priorities in a purchase or sale of property. When she is with one client she does not generally answer phone calls, text or emails. This is truly a good thing as when she is with you she gives you her undivided attention. Then promptly responds when she is no longer with a client.
