Very helpful with the home search. Always available for crazy schedules, easy to work with, not high pressure at all. After we had an offer accepted, he wasn't as available. Still pretty helpful overall. He didn't have time to show up for signing of the title, but got the key for the house that day. I felt like he was stellar in the first half and acceptable in the second half.

This is the second time we have used Brain and he’s been great both instances. When we purchased our home in the first transaction he helped us negotiate almost 10K off a property that had only been listed a short period of time. The most recent transaction but an older home that need some work. He priced the property perfectly. We received several offers and accepted one for slightly higher than the listing price. I feel strongly that we couldn’t have gotten that price with out him. He’s fantastic!

I was thinking of a way to describe Brian. He is the most amazing person I have ever worked with ever! He was on top of everything from the minute i met him. He was able to get someone quickly over to my house to fix the things for the new owner. He was also the realtor for the house i was purchasing. I did this on purpose hoping to get my house sold quickly. It sold before it was even on the market. There were so many things wrong with the house I was purchasing and Brian was able to stay on top of all of those things. I dont know how he is so organized. I would recommend him to anyone , anytime , anywhere!

I'm sorry if the commission amount was not the percent that you had originally expected. On our initial call, I explained that Redfin does offer a lower commission if the minimum payout standard on the listing side is met. In this case the commission amount did not meet the minimum. The agreed upon commission amount on the signed listing contract that you and I discussed prior to the signed agreement is the amount that was charged at closing. 5.0

Knowledgeable and available. We had previously bought a home but this may as well have been our first given how clueless we we're. Brian answered every question we threw at him. He has obviously been doing this a while. He forecasted everything accurately. We had somewhat of a unique situation and he was able to get it done for us. Not once did we feel pressure from him and we always felt as if he was available. We would call or text him anytime day or night and he would make time for us. He was punctual to showings. He asked questions we would have never thought to ask. I really can't say enough about him. If you or someone you know ow uses him, I have no doubt you will get the same treatment.

Living out of state and selling property is not easy but Brian went above and beyond to answer questions and concerns and be flexible with our schedule living in a different time zone.
