My experience in working with Candace Bush and her Redfin team was exceptional! She was fantastic with everything, especially given that I reside out of state. Candace and her team were very informative, had a large network for listing, were prompt with updates and suggestions for selling, very in tune with seller expectations, and the listing pictures and 3D modeling of the house were top notch! Also included with the Redfin experience was an owner dashboard. The dashboard kept me on track with various hyperlinks, documents and milestones for me to view anytime. She really made my wife and I feel informed and comfortable the entire time. Not to mention the 4% realtor fee was unbeatable!! Candace was awesome. I contracted with her after a disastrous experience with another realtor from a different agency. My house had been on the market for seven months, and the one contract I finally got fell through on closing day. Candace came in with a game plan and a working strategy, and got me another contract within weeks. When that one feel though, she got me another contract the *very same day* - a contract with better terms and more cooperative buyers. It's also worth mentioning that on the day this happened, she was horribly sick - I asked her on the phone to please stand down and take a break, but by the end of the day I was under a better contract that ultimately netted me several thousand more than the one that feel through. I believe that Candace had too much on her plate. Or that is at least how it seemed. She often dropped the ball on getting things done. Didn't respond as quickly as you would want your realtor to respond. Would often get us confused with other clients. I felt like more times than not I was frustrated when dealing with her.
