Carlos is an outstanding agent, when I first called him, he was attentive, listened well to what we wanted to do. Then gave honest and transparent review of our home. Toured the property measured the pros and cons. And set a very real price to the property. Had a professional photographer come to take pictures. Our home sold in three days time. Just by the pictures. We had 8 offers. Carlos guid d is each step of the way in accepting the best offer. We are grateful to Carlos, he is professional honest and trustworthy!

The process was extremely easy. This was our first time selling a home and from all of the horror we heard from friends, we expected to have the same experience. It was a pleasant surprise that we did NOT experience any of this. The portions that we LOVED the most are that he kept us informed every step of the way. We did not have to call him to ask questions, he called us and provided us with information about things that we had no idea about. To wrap it up, Thank you, Thank you and Thank you Carlos!!
