She was insightful about listings and locations, and then again through the closing process. I would highly recommend her! I love my new home and with the home warranty she got for me, I feel completely comfortable with anything that might arise, including for my pool. I am so happy I found Cerise!

Cerise is above and beyond amazing. Our house was vacant during the listing process and she went out of her way to help protect our home by making it appear that someone was living there?! She was vital to our decision making process when we were renovating it to put it on the market so our monies were allocated towards our best return on investment. She has a professional / unemotional approach that kept us proactively informed throughout our transaction and her no nonsense negotiation skills helped us walk away feeling as though we got the long end of the stick. We cannot thank Cerise enough for all her hard work!

She was rude, condescending, and, at times, unethical. She misled us on permitting/coding violations of a home we were interested in, and tried to downplay the severity of these violations once we expressed concern. She avoided answering important and time-sensitive questions we had, or gave inadequate answers (e.g. "google it"). She largely ignored our budget and tried to redirect us multiple times to homes that we had already told her were out of our price range. When we insisted on seeing these homes, she made rude comments, such as "You'll see why it's so cheap," and (sarcastically) "Wouldn't you just love to live here?" We met Cerise when we were looking at some neighborhoods in the Crestline/Lake Arrowhead area and she was holding an open house. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable (not to mention, up front about the pros/cons of the property and mountain living), so we decided to work with her to find our first home. She was very present throughout the whole process, and wonderfully patient whenever we felt confused or concerned. She was on top of things whenever we ran into a snag with the process, and kept things on schedule when other variables would have delayed us.
