What a great team. Joy and Charon were reachable at all times for all kinds of questions. They discussed everything with me before they put the property on the market. Laid out the comps for the area and what would be a good price. Things that a buyer would be looking for and a list of vendors I may need like painters, window washers, etc.. My wife and I found Joy and Charon while looking for a buyers agent so we could move from the Bay Area to Riverside. We chose them because of all of their positive reviews online, and after working with them, I attest that they are all true. I never felt pushed or overly persuaded, but was always given sound advice. They asked good questions and worked hard to understand our needs and make sure they were met. Our situation was especially tricky given that we had to move long distance during the COVID-19 pandemic. They made things as easy as possible for us by handling as much as possible remotely. They went above and beyond. With their help, we managed to buy our favorite house on the market at the price we were looking for.

First of all, they listened to me, spent time looking over my house and made sound suggestions, reminding me that they represented me, looking out for my interests. Joy and Charon were fantastic! They were always available by phone, text, or email. We even texted them at 4:00 AM one morning thinking they would reply when they woke up. To our surprise, they answered even that early. We went to many open houses on our own before choosing an agent, so when it came to selling our home we knew that Joy and Charon were well prepared. They had high quality photographs produced, and had beautiful pamphlets for distribution. Not black and white copies, but full color glossy brochures of our house. The house sold the first day, for our full asking price. They walked us through the entire process and we couldn't be happier with the results. They should be YOUR realtors too!
