My first time using Redfin and using Cheryl as my agent. I have used traditional brokerages the past 4 times that was miserable so I decided on Redfin this time. Cheryl is a good listener and she works with your circumstance. I told her I wanted to sell my property for the best possible price as its a seller's market. She gave feedback that was very neutral and never was pushy for me to sell faster and I was never in any pressure to sell. We sold within a month at the price I am very satisfied with. Also Redfin's cost is very reasonable at 4% commission and they give you 3D tour and top notch pictures. I will definitely use Redfin and Cheryl again for my next home purchase. I had a great experience.

With her staging background she gave me many tips to make the house more appealing to the buyers, which I took care of myself in order to keep the cost down.
