We had a great experience working with CJ. My favorite part was how he listened to our goals when we first started looking and didn't let us talk ourselves into a home that wasn't the right fit for our original hopes and expectations. I feel like that is the opposite of a lot of the stories that you hear about agents talking their clients into buying a place that doesn't check the boxes to get things over with more quickly. CJ also did a great job representing us and our best interests when things came up involving a few small inspection issues and final negotiations for closing. He was very thoughtful and professional and got us to where we needed to be.
