Cliff made my first home-buying experience a smooth process. Because I was a first time homebuyer, I didn't truly know all of the steps that occur from deciding you want to buy a home to getting the keys. He made sure to let me know each step as it was coming along so I knew what to anticipate. I felt very comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. Additionally, as he mentioned throughout the process, his involvement does not end when I receive my keys. He regularly checks in to make sure I'm settling in well and offer advice and help for whatever questions or concerns I have.

They say to be careful what you ask for, but I would add to also be careful who you ask, because some people take that number two seriously, like Clifford Lynch. Tell them what you want, do what they tell you, and get out of the way. They exceeded every promise and treated us like family (that they actually like). I would recommend them to my own mother (whom I actually like very much).
