Clint is the man! My wife and I bought our first house and Clint helped us through every step of the way with the homebuying process. From guiding us to a good lender (shoutout to Jason Stroder & his team as well!), finding us houses that fit what we wanted with our budget, doing some serious negotiation to get us a great deal on a house we loved, and even checking in on us regularly during the stressful underwriting process! Russell had great communication and kept me informed every step of the way while my condo was on the market and in escrow. During escrow, when my condo needed repairs, he had a wide network of people who could help and took time out of his day to meet them when I could not. Working with Clint has been an amazing experience. We achieved our first homeowners experience in 2019. We were not an easy task, most properties we wanted to see were out of Clint’s area, but he never said no to us.
