Joe was great to work with. We spent about 2 months on our house search. Each one of the houses we viewed was in our price range and had the amenities we were looking for. He was always available when needed. Joe really helped us out at the closing time. Closing was scheduled on a Friday morning but Joe and I both received a call from the bank on Thursday afternoon, stating that the closing had been canceled. Joe worked diligently into the evening to have this sorted out between the title agency, seller's Realtor, bank, and a credit union. He managed to get a hold of people who had already left their office for the day by using out-of-the-box techniques, such as finding people on LinkedIn. At the end of the day, our closing proceeded as scheduled. I could've been without a place to live for a while if it weren't for Joe.
